The Selection Process:
Is handled centrally in all its phases by the Human Resources and Organization Unit. In an effort to develop its own internal competences, the company begins by verifying whether the positions sought can be filled through a job posting process which allows employees to submit their applications. If the vacant position cannot be covered by an internal application, an external search begins with the identification of a recruitment channel that is most suited to the profile that is sought.
The recruiting channels that are used are the company data base of individual applications that is feed through the web page Inserimento CV, the placement offices of Italy’s main universities, announcements on specialized web sites and recruiting agencies. The selection process begins with a screening of the curricula, followed by a first introductory interview with the Human Resources Division, which then submits a shortlist of applications to the Division that has opened the posting in order to proceed with the technical interviews.

Regarding the first area of expertise, the profiles that are generally most sought after are those of systems and applications analysts with a solid professional ICT background with project management and technical and scientific know-how.
On the other hand, category managers, account managers and marketing specialists are the profiles that are best suited to the Rationalization of public expenditure area.
Another professional profile that we look for is that of Law graduates with some professional background in administrative law and tendering for the purchases of goods and services.
